Easy Chocolate Mint Fudge
Based on Nestle's Easy Fudge.
Notes
During the holidays, Nestle starts selling Dark Chocolate and Mint morsels. If you can't find them, use 1 cup of semi-sweet morsels and 1 cup of white chocolate morsels. Stir in 1/4 tsp of mint extract and some green food coloring into the white morsels after they have melted.
Makes about 64 pieces
