If you can't find them, use 1 cup of semi-sweet morsels and 1 cup of white chocolate morsels. Stir in 1/4 tsp of mint extract and some green food coloring into the white morsels after they have melted.

Based on Nestle's Easy Fudge.

Notes

During the holidays, Nestle starts selling Dark Chocolate and Mint morsels. If you can't find them, use 1 cup of semi-sweet morsels and 1 cup of white chocolate morsels. Stir in 1/4 tsp of mint extract and some green food coloring into the white morsels after they have melted.

Makes about 64 pieces

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz) of Dark Chocolate and Mint morsels
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate out the dark and mint morsels.
  3. Melt dark morsels and about 1/2 of the can of milk in a saucepan over low heat.

  5. When the dark morsels are melted, add the vanilla and stir well.
