From Eagle Brand

This recipe makes about 2 to 3 dozen bars.

You may substitute white chocolate chips or peanut butter chips for the butterscotch chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (6 oz.) butterscotch-flavored chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for glass dish).
  2. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan a sheet of foil overlapping edges to create a sling.
  3. Coat foil lightly with no-stick cooking spray.
  4. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in small bowl.
  5. Press crumb mixture firmly into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture.
  7. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients.
  8. Press down firmly with fork.
  9. BAKE 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Cool.
  11. When bars are cool, lift up edges of foil to remove from pan.
  12. Cut into bars.
