You can use honey powder in place of honey, just dissolve the powder in 3 TBL of water and add with the milk.
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 TBL honey
- 2 TBL oil
- 2 cups (10 oz) of bread flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp yeast
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
Instructions
- Toast the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat, or on a cookie sheet in the oven.
- Add the ingredients to the bread maker in the order listed.
- Add the walnuts after the dough as come together, after about 5 minutes.
- Use the regular, basic bread mode.
