You can use honey powder in place of honey, just dissolve the powder in 3 TBL of water and add with the milk.

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 TBL honey
  • 2 TBL oil
  • 2 cups (10 oz) of bread flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

Instructions

  1. Toast the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat, or on a cookie sheet in the oven.
  2. Add the ingredients to the bread maker in the order listed.
  3. Add the walnuts after the dough as come together, after about 5 minutes.
  4. Use the regular, basic bread mode.
