* 3 cups all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 TBL pumpkin pie spice&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 1/4 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 cup dark brown sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 TBL (1/2 stick) butter, melted&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 cup milk &lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cup roasted, chopped pecans&lt;br /&gt;

# Preheat oven to 375°. Line a mini-muffin tin with cups.&lt;br /&gt;
# Combine the flour, spice, baking soda and salt into a small bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
# Combine the sugars, pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil, butter and milk in a large bowl. Mix with a whisk until well combined.&lt;br /&gt;
# Add the flour mixture and stir until just moistened.&lt;br /&gt;
# Fold in the pecans.&lt;br /&gt;
# Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.&lt;br /&gt;
# Bake 12-14 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.&lt;br /&gt;
# Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
